Environ's Youth EssentiA Toner has both moisturizing and astringent properties.

The witch hazel base leaves the skin feeling refreshed. Skin appearance is improved by the Niacinamide and Matrixyl 3000 peptide.

Pre-cleanse and cleanse the skin with your preferred Environ Skin Care products.
Apply Vita-Peptide Toner to the skin using cotton wool and then apply your recommended Environ vitamin A moisturizer.
Or it can also be used in conjunction with your recommended Environ moisturiser.
Use morning and evening.
